INTERNATIONAL Customers generally pay $45-55 (one board) for Priority Mail International shipping (please click here for more details) and $34-45 for one pair of fins*
All shipments are FULLY INSURED against potential loss, theft, or damaged parcels. We also go to great lenghts to protect and pack your items with the utmost care and protect the products from being damaged in transit.
We will generally ship FedEx GROUND/HOME DELIVERY on most orders within the US, and USPS Priority on smaller and.or local items. We use USPS Priority Air Mail on most International orders outside the USA which generally takes 6-14 business days for delivery. We will use whatever method is most economical and/or fastest. If you have any specific questions or preferences in terms of shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us in advance. We offer all forms of shipping options including Federal Express Overnight.
If you are on the East Coast, we can GROUND ship your order to you in 1-3 days, West Coast 1-6 days (if you prefer, you can pay to have your order expedited i.e. Overnight Express but this has become very costly due to the increasing price of fuel and oversized nature of bodyboards). It is possible that an order (or portion of an order) may take longer, for example, if an item needs to be special-ordered or is back-ordered, in which case you will be notified in advance.
We do not charge your credit card until we actually ship your order, unless it is in the case of a special-ordered item in which we normally collect payment or deposit in advance. *Please note PayPal and Google Checkout transactions are processed at time of order.

General Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by AtlanticBodyboards.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note, if we paid for shipping (in the form of "free shipping") we will deduct this amount from the refunded amount. If free promotional items were included with your order, these will have to be returned in new condition as well, or we reserve the right to deduct the value of these items from the credit as well.
Items such as garage sale items, custom orders, and clearance items are not be eligable for return, and some items such as Electronics may have special return policies or subject to 10% re-stocking charge. If you are unsure about anything, please contact us in advance for clarification.
Color Requests
While we make every effort to fulfill all color requests and normally contact all customers in advance on any color discrepencies, it is possible that you may receive a different color bodyboard, leash, or bag than what was ordered. Please note that these items sometimes ship in assorted colors. If you have specific color requests, please be sure to note them in the comments section during checkout. For example, if you only want a black board, lesash or bag, indicate "Black Only" in the comments section during checkout and we will only ship if that specific color is available, otherwise we will contact you within 24 hours. If you have a 2nd or 3rd color preference besides the color you ordered, please feel free to include that information in the comments section as well. We always recommend specifying 2nd or 3rd preferences if possible.
Upon receipt of your return, you should expect to receive your refund within 3 to 4 days, although it can sometmes take up to 4 weeks. In most cases you will receive a refund within a week. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
How to Return
1. Send us an e-mail stating what and why you are returning an item by clicking on the Contact Us link
2. We will provide a unique RA#. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the issuance (21 days for international orders) of the RA# at which time the RA# expires.
3) Pack the item(s) in a sturdy box and ship the box via UPS or other insured shipping service. The RA# MUST be clearly written on the outside of the box when it is returned to us.

4) We will issue your credit the day the product arrives in our warehouse. Please note that credit card companies can take 2-4 weeks to have the credit show up on your statement.
5) There are no refunds on shipping charges. On items that were shipped free, we reserve the right to refund the product price less our shipping costs
All returned merchandise must be in new condition and in its original packaging . Incomplete, used, or damaged returns will not be accepted and will be return-shipped at the customers expense.
