We set out to create a new core that would handle the punishment that our riders would dish out…yet hold the subtle finesse needed in a top notch world class board. EFC™ Core was born !

EFC™ is an compromised method of molding the proper flex system right into the core with absolutely NO drilling or shanking of the original PP. This will create a profile that is superior and unmatched to current set-ups that have shapers retro-fitting cores with stringers. One tabular central Grade A stringer and two Grade B stringer that provide a snappy flex in warm waters much like a PE with stringer yet much lighter and easier to manipulate. In colder waters…the EFC™ Core will maintain a rigid profile for the high expectations of pro riders worldwide.

We covered our best shaped EFC™ with NXL Sealed Air® deck and rails with Du Pont® Surlyn, shaped slanted channels and set the bar high for quality on the Idol. Four sizes available.
