MIKE STEWART SCIENCE LTD BODYBOARD 42"

The 1 LTD includes all the features of the MS1 in addition to the exclusive compression cell technology.

This board features a world first for the industry: The Compression Cell. The Compression Cells are soft impact absorbing cells held in a structural Polypropylene core matrix. The compression cells are placed under the elbows and in strategic areas of the board prone to impact.

The decks of all LTD boards feature a semi-transparent deck that reveals the compression cells configuration. The additional
function of the cells is to provide greater traction on the deck, minimizing the necessity of wax. The slightly raised convex cells provide a subtle yet effective grip on the body.

This board is custom tuned specific to the size of the board. Elbow cups, hip grooves, and all deck contours are specifically placed to accommodate the size of the board being made. As the boards get longer, these contours are moved to accommodate larger body
measurements.

Core: XPP Extruded Polypro (This core material is designed for speed and projection. Its durability is unrivalled by any other core. Lightweight and rigid, this core will perform exceptionally well in warmer waters where other cores become slow and unresponsive)

Stringer: Stringer (Designed to add longevity to a board by improving stiffness and recoil while also greatly increasing the ability for projection. The stringer also enhances performance and control.)

Deck: Wave Cushion HAC (a Non Crosslink Polyethylene skin. Heat Activated film refers to a special coating layer that is applied to one side of the skin, alowing a strong bond to PP cores. Super comfortable and also very durable.)

Slick: Surlyn Channelled Slick (Is your only choice for slick if you demand the greatest amount of response and durability. This high performance slick is the finest grade surlyn made only by dupont, featuring elastic-like qualities and superior projection)

Channels: Graduated Channels (Greatly enhance control and drive, ensuring the rider has maximum command over their board when bottom turning, trimming and transitioning from rail to rail.)

Tail: Cres or Delta Tail (Provides superior projection, speed and control on the wave face while also allowing for ease of rail to rail transitions and release from carves and spins.)
